French 75

A dry, crisp sparkling white wine or champagne should be used.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
3⁄4 oz Meyer lemon juice
1⁄2 oz cane sugar syrup
    sparkling white wine to top off 
1   lemon twist as garnish 

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except wine) over ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Garnish with lemon twist
